Where is Rave Relics located?
Rave Relics is located at 80 Chemin de la Montagne, 1224 Chêne-Bougeries, in the canton of Geneva (Switzerland). It is a private location: access is by appointment only — there is no walk-in shop.
Can I come to dig or pick up an order on site?
Yes, by appointment only (Wednesday–Friday 14:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00). Order pick-up is free and you can come to dig through the crates by appointment. No walk-ins: it is a private location.
Do you ship, and where to?
Yes. We ship within Switzerland, across Europe and to many international destinations. Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout, once the delivery address is entered. Local pick-up in Geneva remains free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by credit or debit card and PayPal. TWINT will be added soon.
Do you buy second-hand records?
Yes, we buy electronic music records and collections. We travel across Switzerland, neighbouring France and Northern Italy; elsewhere, shipping is possible. Free estimate — email us at relicsrave@gmail.com to offer your records.
Can I return a record?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return an item, no reason needed. Return shipping is at your expense, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
